Md. Mahedi Hasan FCA
Managing PartnerMr. Mahedi Hasan was trained at ACNABIN, Chartered Accountants as an articled student during 2002 to 2005 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2011. He completed M.Com in Accounting. After completion of his article ship, he joined as Deputy Manager and served for 1 year. Mr. Hasan gathered experience on global best practiced auditing procedures, accounts preparation, preparation of accounts manual, conducting audit for various Financial Institution, Donor agencies, manufacturing companies, multinational companies and delivered different types of financial & taxation consultancy services to different Organizations. Subsequently he joined as Chief Strategy Officer in McDonald Steel Building Products Ltd., Head of Mobile Banking Division of Mercantile Bank Limited, Head of MFS & Agent Banking Operations in One Bank Ltd., Head of Finance & Company Secretary in bKash Limited and Head of Financial Control Division in Habib Bank Limited and played a critical role in all organization.
AKM Zakir Hossein MBA, FCA
PartnerMr. AKM Zakir Hossein was trained at ACNABIN, Chartered Accountants as an articled student during 2002 to 2005 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2012. He completed his BBA and MBA from AIS Department of University of Dhaka. After completion of article ship at ACNABIN, he served as Audit Supervisor/Deputy Manager for 1 year. Mr. Hossein has obtained wide range of experience in auditing & consultancy services in banking & non-banking financial institutions, NGOs, MNC and other local companies. Subsequently he joined Eastern Bank Ltd. during 2006 and served in different roles for 17 years, such as Head of Credit Administration Department, Head of MIS & Regulatory Reporting, Senior Manager of Credit Administration, Core Team Member of Core Banking System Migration. He attended in various training programs in and outside of Bangladesh.
